Great service from point of placing the order to the point of delivery.

Fast and sensitive serivice

I received my lighting for one of our jobs right away and unfortunately I had purchased the wrong item. They helped me to overnight the correct item and did not charge me a restocking fee for the return item. Was a pleasure working with them.

When I received my Red Minka Aire, I was so excited and couldn't wait to get it installed. The product is beautiful. However, the manufacturer had packed a mix matched set, red base and Koa wood blades. Because I ordered online and it was a week before Christmas, I figured I won't be able to speak to a live person and my replacement fan won't arrive before the New Year. Well, I was wrong. Not only did I have a live person. She was very friendly and helpful. I snap a picture of the product and sent it to her email as requested. The next day, I received a reply that my blades will be replaced. And I received them before Christmas. They fix the problem quickly with no hassle.

This was my first visit to Lighting by Gregory. I went to the store specifically to purchase lighting for a whole house renovation. My salesman, Sam Mizrahy, directed me to wonderful products with appropriate prices. All the lights were delivered either on time or early! Couldn't be happier. I would readily recommend Sam to anyone looking for lighting solutions.

It was excellent. One of the items was not in stock, they contacted me a day or two after to ask if I still wanted the items. I decided to get a different item, but instead of making me wait weeks for the item that was not in stock they kept me informed.

Lighting by Gregory was recommended by our architect, and we found the selection, salesman's help, price and delivery time all top notch. This is what shopping in New York's lighting district should be all about. Being an educated consumer helps -- do your research online on manufacturers' sites first so you have some idea of what you are looking for.

Sam has been there to help me and my designer with all the lighting needs. I def appreciate his attention, service and expertise.
