We purchased many lighting fixtures from LBG when we first built our townhouse in Brooklyn. Now, 13 years later we were due for a renovation, including new lighting fixtures. There have been many advances in lighting technology and LBG has them all. We looked at many other lighting stores and on-line sites. LBG has the best selection and competitive pricing. The staff are knowledgeable and HONEST. There is no need to go anywhere else.

Very helpful staff which in the lighting district on the bowery is a great find. Went out of their way to help us find what we needed. Our lights and switches arrived safely and quickly. Great selection.

My interaction with Jahaira Cruz was amazing and unbelievable. She is truly a wonderful representative for Lighting by Gregory. I need to buy many more lighting fixtures and will not need to look anywhere else but Lighting by Gregory. Viviane, lighting consultant was also very knowledgeable which I appreciate and respect. Thank you and I love my bathroom lighting fixture. A Happy Customer Gloria Feliciano

I ordered two wall sconces and even with the Holiday's they arrived within a few days. They came in separate boxes and the one sconce was damaged. I called up LBG and they got back to me the next day that the Mfg. would be sending a replacement. No need to send the damaged one back. The replacement sconce was delivered within a few days and all is working perfectly.

We are an architectural firm. We've worked with LBG for a number of years, but have only just started working with James Dalmedo in the last two or three years. In this time we have worked with him on three different projects. His professional advise, promptness, attention to detail, and overall pleasant demeanor has served us well and ultimately LBG in our reciprocated loyalty.

The person that helped me was knowlegdable and pleasant. Shipment was prompt and a small problem was handled easily and without any problem. I am a very satisfied customer!

Lighting By Gregory has beautiful stuff. I'm a big fan of Tech Lighting, and they've got everything to look at. All's well until you have a problem. Recently I needed replacement transformers and none were in stock. When the order came, the transformers were incorrect. I had brought an old one with me and showed it to the sales person. I had to argue to get him to take it back and re-order without being charged. This was NOT my error. The sales person actually told me I hadn't brought my sample on my first visit. So not only was this unpleasant, but I had to wait a month for the two orders and make four subway trips. I have had similar problems here before with incorrect orders and ensuing arguments. But the prices are good, so …..

I asked if they carried a light fixture I saw on a website and they did for less money. I ordered it. They called when it came in. I picked it up from the store and they reviewed every piece according to the invoice so I knew it was all there. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end.
