We purchased a ceiling fan online using a discount coupon. It was priced competitively. It arrived on time and we were updated about the shipping and delivery. Before we bought the fan, we visited the NYC store and the sales staff told us about the fan (made by Quorum) and advised us that the high end products from the company were high quality. They advised us to go online and purchase it.

I purchased all my lighting here. My sales associate, Vanda, was incredibly helpful in finding what I was looking for and what would work best in the different rooms of my home. Recently I had to reorder a light and I couldn't be happier again working with Vanda.

I have been working with Sam for about 1-1/2 years. I bought most of the lighting for a real estate condominium development project through Sam. Estimated spend approx $150,000. Sam is a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, professional, pleasant courteous. The only aspect of working with Lighting by Gregory that I dislike is that they have a rigid "no returns' policy. In today's world that is a disadvantage. The companies that compete with them for consumer business are mostly e-commerce and have liberal return policies. I had one accidental duplication of an order and it was a hassle to get a credit and rectify the accounting. Overall it was worthwhile for me to work with Sam and Lighting by Gregory because my project was long-term and complex. Their professional support and expertise made a difference.

We have passed by Gregory's lighting and even gone in a few times. This is one of many lighting stores on Bowery, so one can get intimidated very easily! I walked in, and was shown my options and in the end took the sales woman's suggestion on hallway lights. They are great! Quick expedited shipment of the fixtures and everything was as expected. we will return!

The staff of Lighting by Gregory is the most knowledgeable I have found when I need lighting assistance for our NY condo. They are efficient and get the order done asap. When I needed a lamp fixed that a ceiling fell on, they referred me to a lighting store nearby that does repairs. That worked out incredibly well as well. I recommend Lighting by Gregory for any lighting need.

I received excellent service from a very knowledgeable (and patient!) salesperson (Brice)who was able to suggest options focused on my style from a large inventory of fixtures. When something I had wanted was not right for my space, he worked with me and his responsive customer service department to easily exchange for a more suitable option. Although a renovation is a difficult undertaking, my choosing all my lighting at Lighting by Gregory, was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences of the entire project. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality lighting fixtures and excellent,professional service.
