My location (Gardena) used to be clean at all times. Now it's dirty, restrooms are never available, and depending who's on site, their service is deplorable.

I have worked with Betty in the past with my storage needs and I was very satisfied. Betty was attentive and helpful, made the process a breeze. When I recently came back to look for additional storage, the new girl wasn't very attentive. Her attitude was frustrating and stressful when I would ask a question. Her attention was either on her computer or phone, barely glance at me to explain thoroughly. She seems agitated and doesn't seem to be into her job. I still got my storage, but it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Bob was friendly & helpful. The place has two gates. Made the move easy in & easy out.

Constant calls from them, and all I did was ask about prices, seems very desperate. Now included is a thank you for my recent purchase email, even tho I did not buy anything. Please remove me from this form of aggressive marketing.

The staff is super helpful, clean facility, and their security is a great factor. The monthly pricing for a storage unit is reasonable.
