The guy that owns it is a piece of work.He comes unraveled all the time, saying that he's the owner so he has a right to be an ass. I've had a leak and he does absolutely nothing. He shows up demanding info on other renters, none of my business. Now is telling people he was threatened because I refuse to kiss his ass. All this after looking out for him and his property. Oh, and don't trust him around your children.

The lady in the office gave me a key that I could not fit in the key slot. She did not help me to do it. This is he first time ever that I rented a storage! And I am 81 years young. I called and she said: come by and we will take care of the key issue. I was there yesterday: she looked at me from behind her comp but never made any move to open the door and ask what my problem was. So, from a score of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), I would give a 1. Very bad experience at Lighthouse storage! I hope things will improve......?

Not impressed. Haven't even stayed there a month, and will be moving my stuff out at the end of the month.

If I could put no stars I would Complete Rip off. Tried to keep my unit by charging excessive fees. The trick is low cost upfront but will bust your butt on the backend. Don’t be one day late or it goes from 60-300 no exaggeration. I’m letting everyone know that those youngsters and the owners are scamming ppl in Evansville, Indiana. This could be happening all over. Enter with caution and if the try it file suit against them and BBB.

The truck parked next to us was 10 foot over the line making it very hard for us to get our trailer out.

Flatbed not available when needed; when it is available it is a difficult process to get it.

Waste of time. Gate doesn’t work when it rains. Couldn’t accommodate me after they said they could.
