Could have gotten a 4 stars but one star was taken away due to my service was interrupted by a walked in customer .. Your rep stopped helping me and turned to help the other customer!! My movers had to wait an extra 20mins, making them late for their next scheduled moving!!

You get what you pay for.

The price per month I was quoted was much higher than what I'm actually paying. The woman I spoke to on the phone neglected to tell me insurance was mandatory. I will continue to look for a better option.

9pm curfew to access your unit, not that great

The owner was extremely greedy and rude, almost did not accept my Groupon certificate. Thankfully another associate was able to help me resolve and rent peacefully

There wasn't a willingness to help even when the assistance to be given was within their scope and ability to do so. Sad.

No restroom in storage area for tenants and AC is not cool enough

I have worked with Betty in the past with my storage needs and I was very satisfied. Betty was attentive and helpful, made the process a breeze. When I recently came back to look for additional storage, the new girl wasn't very attentive. Her attitude was frustrating and stressful when I would ask a question. Her attention was either on her computer or phone, barely glance at me to explain thoroughly. She seems agitated and doesn't seem to be into her job. I still got my storage, but it wasn't a very pleasant experience.
