Lighthouse StorageReviews of lighthousestorage.com

Didn't honor the online deal from sparefoot and refused to give the discount I was promised when I signed up. Also had to switch units because the dimensions were not the same as the dimensions of the unit I rented. (Tried to pass a 3.5 x 4.5 as a 5x5).

I really like this place. It's very clean, and getting to my storage area is very easy. The guys who work there are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse Storage to my friends and family.

I wish that I could have access after 7

I love this storage it's clean and neat and very close the staff there is really nice.

There wasn't a willingness to help even when the assistance to be given was within their scope and ability to do so. Sad.

Great guys who run it and gave me a fair deal. Also privately owned so better to support the local ~:)

Ignacio and Tim were very helpful the unit was just the size I needed

First off...the lady in the office was extremely polite. But that wasn't the problem. She said I needed to give a $20 deposit to hold the locker. She charged my credit card in the late morning of August 3rd. She said that your facility was "climate controlled" but all I saw in the locker area was a fan and it was hot and humid in the building. I looked at another facility on Dixie Hwy after seeing yours and decided to go with that company instead as it was actually air conditioned. I had a lot of clothing I was putting into the unit so I was concerned about the temperature and moisture level. Later that SAME day I went back to your facility and asked the girl in the office if she could refund my deposit and she said NO,,,that it was non-refundable. I explained the reason why I went with the other company...that it was actually "climate controlled" unlike your facility. I thought she would make an exception...but she said she couldn't. IF YOU ADVERTISE "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" then your facility should actually be air conditioned!
