Lighthouse StorageReviews of lighthousestorage.com

Good self-storage facillity.

Workers are great, friendly, and helpful. Thank you.

Nestor G. at the 8105 Park Boulevard in Miami went WAY ABOVE his duties and responsibilities to make sure our space was the right size for our needs and walked us through all business matters with such personable and attentive care. Even after we "closed the deal" Nestor continued to address any concerns and make sure our questions were answered immediately and he offered options and solutions for our changing needs. That quality of customer service is very rare these days, but smart businesses know this is the key to repeat customers and building relationships that translate into greater, longer-term business and word of mouth referrals than one-time patrons. We could use more managers with these qualities. Thank you.
