I ordered this over 3 1/2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to come in. Also , delivery says it’s arriving late so I’m probably gonna have to wait longer . Anything after Christmas is ridiculous. The designs on the website are nice . But if I don’t get the product in time I’ll be so upset .

I purchased this item in November. The tracking number that was given, has different information regarding where my package is. When I search on USPS it states it hasn’t been sent out for delivery. When I search on the site, it states the label was just created, and lastly when I search through the CJ portal provided, it states it is in California. So the actual information as to where the items are, is not easy to follow nor user friendly. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived… we are quickly approaching Dec. 25th. I’m hoping that it will arrive before then.

I placed an order for a lighter that was intended as a Christmas gift. After waiting several weeks for it to arrive, I got an update that it had been delivered. However, I was sent a completely empty, sealed envelope. There are no rips or tears in the package to indicate that someone had tampered with it or stolen the contents; they literally just sealed an empty envelope and mailed it to me. I believe this is a scam and while I have reached out to the company to request a refund, I am skeptical that anything will come or it. Seems very sketchy and disreputable. Edit: The company did get back to me and apologized, and I was refunded my money. Updating from 1 to 3 stars since they ultimately resolved the issue. Edit #2: Changing review back to 1 star. After saying they would issue a refund, they are now asking me to provide "evidence" that I didn't receive anything from them, since their system shows a package was delivered. They claim they cannot refund me without this evidence, even though I did already receive a refund. After I left them an honest, negative review on Facebook, they responded by blocking me on the social media site. All in all just super unprofessional and sketchy.

I ordered my lighters on Nov 30th to be here for Christmas but I still have yet to receive them. I haven’t gotten a status update on from the carrier or shop app. I’m starting to believe this a scam. I left a review before and it was removed because I was told last week it was already shipped. Now the app won’t give a refund option either.

Orders are processed from China. Shipping time is outrageous. Asked about it and was told by customer service it’s in the shipping info that it comes from China…just re-read the shipping info and nowhere does it say it comes from China.

Ordered at the beginning of December but still no parcel. Company are saying that they've dispatched on their end, but that's it. UK courier is now having to investigate where the parcel is, as the tracking data hasn't changed since the 6th December.
