I think the thought was definitely there but there were a few issues. The first being that the website directed me to SHOP to track the package, which wasn’t accurate because there were no updates on shop at all so I thought there was no progress being made on my package/I was being scammed. Luckily upon looking more I did see they had their own tracking site which helped and my package did eventually get shipped. However, usps didn’t deliver my package because they “couldn’t locate” my address. So now I need a refund.

The order took 2 months to get to me I paid for 4 day shipping and it took 2 months the reason I did not give it 1 star is because the product is awesome but takes forever to get and while your waiting no one contacts you

The light on our lighter doesn’t work and I’ve tried to email several times with no response

You sent the wrong color. And when I had an issue with my order at the begining I had no one return a single email or call or texts.

When I got the package its was already broken. I have send a mail where I mentioned this so i hope I receive a refund or a new one.

Lighters won’t stay full of butane even though I fill them. One didn’t work at all even though it was filled. Emailed them and didn’t get a response

Bought a lighter 3 weeks ago and it only just got here yesterday because i shipped straight from china. Yes, it works, but NOT being told it was shipping from china (which i wouldnt have minded) annoyed me to no end. Also, ever since i gave them my email for shipping updates (which i didnt get, i had to follow the weird number they gave me to a shipping company), i've been getting spam in my inbox. I havent had spam in my main inbox for 2 years... i wouldnt give them my business, and neither should you.

These lighters look absolutely stunning, and they had some pretty good deals too! But I still haven't received my order that said it was shipped in mid November. Thing is my email clearly thinks I got it, since it keeps asking me to review. So here's my review: There's nothing to review
