Not what you think
I ordered a VM statue that took a month to arrive. It shipped direct from Hanoi, Vietnam through LAX then to Texas. It was packed in what looked like scrap -vinyl on foam- seat cover scrap in a box with nothing else. It arrived broken. I did get my money back after several back and forth emails. All their emails arrived at after 8 PM CST so I think that they are overseas. Beware of ordering fragile items. PS Google their address in WY -EDIT- to L&F reply. It wasn't the shipper, it was damaged due to it being poorly packed. Had your artisan spent half as much time to pack it as to paint it, I would have received it unbroken. You never offered a replacement, and you required me over several emails to send photos of the damage before you sent a refund, and this also was AFTER I had filed a issue with the CC company.

We are very sorry about this unfortunate incident; the statue was broken due to careless handling by the shipping carrier. As you can see, the statue features exquisite, 100% hand-painted details—a piece our artisans spent over a week meticulously crafting—so it is truly disheartening that the base was damaged during delivery. We have successfully shipped many similar statues worldwide without issue, making this a rare, isolated case. Upon receiving your feedback, we offered you the choice of a replacement or a refund; you opted for the latter, and we immediately issued a full refund without requiring you to return the damaged item. We hope you appreciate our prompt assistance and will continue to support our handmade products in the future.
