USPS delays are common this year and particularly this Holiday Season, which has absolutely nothing to do with our shipping times, service or company. In fact, we are known for our FREE UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for any order over $39! This is unique to our company and we regret hearing that you did not take advantage of the opportunity to pay for product instead of shipping and to get a faster more reliable delivery. Furthermore, USPS Priority Mail is an estimated service not guaranteed and USPS will not by their own policy consider these packages late or lost until after 15 business days. The same goes for USPS First Class Mail, which may arrive in 3-5 business days, but we forewarn customers it may not be delivered again for up to 15 business days. Nevertheless, we invite you again to contact us for prompt resolve of your concerns, as we are known also for our customer service and top notch products. We have actually donated thousands of respirators to medical facilities and to individuals for Free and matched purchases with donated respirators destined to hospitals and others who need them urgently. If our prices are not agreeable, then you may always not make the purchase or better, contact us about our ongoing promotional discounts, loyalty discounts and take advantage of our Free shipping options. We appreciate your comments but our products are available to all people without bias or any hidden agenda. We have medical professionals purchasing from us directly as well as those care taking high risk relatives but have had to price the respirators so we can at least break even on our investment in them.
