Hello Jamie, I am very disappointed to see this slanderous attack on our company! after we tried our best to offer you suggestions to help you with sleep support and clarified the legal status of Phenibut and provided you with a range of alternatives. We do not sell illegal "drugs" nor do we ever mislead customers. Furthermore, we make all of the warning about consuming this nootropic compound clear in bold oversized warnings all over our website. I do apologize for using the OLD SUPPLEMENT language that we used to use - before, when Phenibut was still classified by the FDA as a dietary supplement. Sometimes in seeking to serve our customers with alternatives and other options, we use old emails as a starting point., But it is not a drug, though it may very well be abused by some people - anything can be misused and we are a very honest and transparent company and we make the warnings about clear on our site! Up until 2 years ago and for 40 decades prior, Phenibut was deemed a dietary supplement. Since this was changing, we preemptively changed our product labeling and descriptions to list it as a nootropic compound. We are not legal professionals but Phenibut is not a controlled or banned substance, though it is no longer deemed a dietary supplement by the FDA, it was for quite some time. So shaming us for selling it with clear warnings, despite the tens of thousands of customers who have benefitted from our products, is again very disappointing. We do not intend to discontinue selling Phenibut, unless it is scheduled /classified as a restricted compound, which it is not currently. So far, only the State of Alabama has scheduled it, so we no longer ship Phenibut orders there at all, and this was explained to you prior to your post here. We do not have ay indication that it will be banned or not permitted for sale as a nootropic compound. We therefore have no plans to remove it at this time. However, we do promptly ban customers who show any sign that they are not self-regulating as well as Also, please consider the many alternatives to Phenibut we recommended. But if you find us a disreputable company as you claim here, we can simply close your account. We do hope you find the help with sleep or whatever help you need and while we appreciate honest feedback, your comments here were intended to slander us. Hello Leroy, Thank you for your feedback. We are always happy to hear honest feedback, so we can see how to improve and how we are succeeding in serving our customers. Its surprising that you would go on to TrustPilot to slander us, after we offered to consider reactivating your account. First of all, you have 6 separate accounts, which is against our policies. Secondly, your numerous emails makes it nearly impossible to track your correspondences and concerns. To serve customers most efficiently we ask that they simply contact us from the email associated with the account and order. You refused to do so. We replied regardless requesting clarity on your complaint, but you only offered a very dismissive comment refusing to cooperate with us nor to patronize us again. Finally, we shipped your order initially which was successfully delivered on time to your address provided for the order. Furthermore, we reshipped the order again, which was delivered again to the address provided. After you complained again we refunded your order without hesitation, trusting your reports. We only closed your account, after so many years of serving you - because you have remained abusive of our customer service and policies. Emailing us 7 times a day with the same queries, etc. and as you have a clear history of complaints, it is an unfair assessment you offer in the end of the level of service we have provided you all along. We do not tolerate risky or abusive customers, although we do make mistakes as any company or human can on occasion. However, we always put our customers first and go above and beyond to see to their total satisfaction. We regret losing you as a customer, but apparently we cannot serve you well enough. So we have Banned your accounts. We can no longer be of service to you and we strongly believe you may find better satisfaction elsewhere. We thank you for your feedback, but ask you to please refrain from contacting us and posting slanderous online reviews that misrepresent us and our commitment to our customers. We wish you well, we have refunded your order and reshipped it. Because you remain dissatisfied and have an extensive history of abusing our return polices - you will remain banned permanently. What are the numbers on the bottom of the container for that product? What is the amount of, and the name of, the product which was consumed that is suspected of causing the adverse reaction? What is the weight, height, and age of the person who experienced the adverse reaction? Were any other products being used including any other supplements? Was alcohol or caffeine or any other medications involved around the same time or on the same day? Do you have any pre-existing conditions? Was there a hospital visit involved? (If so then: what were the symptoms that lead to the Hospital visit? How long was the hospitalization? please provide the hospital report or diagnosis if available.)
