my brother suffers from panic attacks, since he started taking phenibut his behavior has become much better, he says he feels much less anxious and no longer gets the horrible panic attacks. his relationship with his family and girlfriend has vastly improved now that he's not having irrational "freakouts". i definitely recommend phenibut for bad anxiety, it works great.
