I have insomnia and need a sleep aid every night to sleep. I've been working on slowly getting away from taking sleep medications and alternating with natural sleep aids instead. This magnolia bark extract is something new I am trying at night. So far I have taken a low dose before going to bed, and it does in fact help me to go to sleep. Also, when I wake up around 2:00 a.m. I take another low dose, which helps me through the rest of the night. Thank you!
