Hello Brian, Thank you for your honest feedback! Please note that we do not control packages once handed over to our carriers and we also offer USPS, UPS ad DHL shipping services to most countries. We hope that you will take advantage of other shipping options in the future. UPS does charge higher brokerage fees for Customs than most other carriers. However, the responsibility of customs fees, taxes and/or duties is the sole responsibility of the importer/recipient. These charges are likewise beyond our control and should be expected regardless of the shipping method/carrier. Our customer service phone line hours are M-F from 9am-6pm, excluding any government holiday. I’m pleased to report that your order was shipped via USPS on the next business day after it was ordered, 12/14. In the current circumstances, we are requesting that 5-15 days be allowed for USPS tracking updates to reflect shipment. This means that even after we have shipped a package, the tracking status may show "pre-shipment" during this time and will not be updated until it has been sorted and is scanned for routing to the next destination. The current state of USPS delays is the reason behind the warnings placed at checkout and the red banner over the official USPS tracking page that states the following: “ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND REMAIN COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THE HOLIDAYS TO YOU.” During this period we are encouraging customers to take advantage of our free UPS 2nd Day Air for all orders over $35 and to avoid USPS for any time-sensitive shipments. Nonetheless, We would be happy to hear from you directly and are willing to work with you to make sure your order is received properly! In the future, it will help us to be contacted directly so we have a chance to make up for the shortcomings of the courier service before receiving negative reviews of our business. We apologize if there has been an unexpected delay, but given how overburdened USPS has been with holiday mail in addition to the delays they were already experiencing from increased demand due to the ongoing pandemic, we are doin our best by posting warnings in several locations before checkout advising our customers to expect delays when shipping with USPS. While Icariin is good for improving libido and sexual vitality in both men and women, we certainly can't compare it to Viagra, which is a pharmaceutical drug.
