Took just a 1/8th of a scoop a couple times the first day and felt happy all day. Took a level scoop today and im having trouble staying awake. Stuff works. Just got to play with the dosage a lil. On time delivery. Only wish someone could get 2 day delivery to someone for under 20$. No complaint on liftmode, we have to take that up with the mail carriers. Much love from a first time liftmode customer. Exceptionally happy. Also came with a verry detailed instruction slip. Good idea.
