Reliable... Trustworthy

Five stars for service, speed of shipping, and product. In over a year, never had one negative thing to say. Speed of shipping is very important to me, and they always live up to there promises. I've come to appreciate that much more after dealing with online vendors of other products that will take a week or more to ship.

Expedient service. Called me to inform that they accidentally pulled my order out of the postal service. To rectify the mistake they shipped it out through one day UPS air and the package actually arrived a day and a half earlier than it originally was supposed to. Everything was wrapped nicely and packaged well. Overall 5/5 experience.

I was so relieved that when I contacted them they were able to re-issue another mailing label as I had a typo in the address. Great customer service.

As anyone who takes nootropics on a regular basis, you understand the importance of finding and keeping the highest quality product for the best possible price. I believe they have done this. I purchased 5 grms. of Phenylpiracetam. Just after the very first dose I was blown away with its purity, and the effect it had on me. It truly created focused and sustained concentration for hours. My experience with Liftmode has been consistently positive, even perfect. Every aspect of their business seems to be very professional and reliable. Most recently, I visited their website today (June 21, 2016), and purchased a few items, and I wanted to purchase other products that they were not carrying at the time. On the pages for the items that were unavailable, they had a notice in bold-red font that said that the quality of their source materials has been very inconsistent, so they're not currently selling those items. This is exactly what should be expected of a trustworthy company. They could easily sell whatever their sources are offering, such as low-quality tongkat ali, but instead of profiting from low quality products, they take the unusual step of declining to resell such substances. I truly appreciate Liftmode's integrity because I've received some very rancid herbal extracts from other companies who refuse to acknowledge that they're selling bad products. Liftmode will only sell you the genuine item you're looking for. There have been a few independent audits of supplements and herbs, and it has been found that many products, especially the encapsulated herbal medicinals that you can buy in retail stores, often contain NONE of the substance we're actually hoping to acquire. I don't do business with companies that hype miracle cures with ridiculous brand names and patents. I only buy from companies like LIftmode that offer genuine, pure, authentic herbs and supplements in bulk form, unadulterated and un-hyped. If you see a bottle of capsules on a grocery store shelf and it has a bunch of hype about how it will magically heal you or solve some problem you may have, forget about it. You'd pay way too much and the odds are that you'd be buying something that isn't even what it says it is. There's so much fraud in this industry, but you will not find fraudulent claims or ingredients in any Liftmode product. There are a few other companies that I also trust, so I'm not just shilling for Liftmode. I'm a disabled weirdo who spends way too much on random powders, and my experience with Liftmode has been consistently perfect.

I had a great experience with Liftmode. They are a quality company that provides high quality supplements, well packaged and shipped fast. No BS and Hype in the packaging. Liftmode is building on their great reputation by giving theit best to every customer and boy is word getting around. I ordered a bunch of products to try. Can't review them all as of yet, but all were well packaged with correct size scoops, lab analysis and product info for each product bagged separately. I tried the Phenibut it made a huge difference. I have severe Narcolepsy with periodic limb movement disorder, I do not get restful sleep. My fitbit sleep logs show it and I wake up exhausted with brain fog. My sleep logs usually show 3 hours restful sleep out of 8-9 hours of sleeping. After taking Phenibut I got over 7.5 hours of restful sleep per my fitbit sleep tracker, I have never got that before. More importantly I woke up feeling rested and able to think clearly, no brain fog like I usually have. I was able to make it through the day without taking the two different stimulant meds I usually take that cost over $1200 a month. I am looking forward to trying and reviewing the energizing and nootropics I ordered as well on days I take a vacation from my prescription meds. Liftmode has blown me away with their products and service. Looking forward to placing another order soon!
