Even if 90-days have passed, we stand by our products and individualized customer care. Please contact us back again if you've ever been led to believe we will not honor a return request. We regret hearing you had such a profoundly negative experience with Cistanche. Our products are pure and potent, but also very safe - if used within th recommended guidelines. We do however strongly recommend that anyone using prescription medications or any other stimulating or potent drugs, nootropics or supplements check with their physician - especially if planning to use our products with an existing medical condition. Hello Haley, Thank you for your feedback. But sorry you are terribly mistaken. We thrive on transparency and the website COA's are never as up to date as the COA's sent with each packaged product. The process of uploading those for each new batch is not as urgent or as thorough as the actual unit COA's. Besides we are always able and willing to share COA's upon request if not viewable or immediately available. Between November of last year and just up to a new hire to handle COA's we lost our staff member who was handling this to an untimely tragic loss. We apologize for a lull in our transparency but again - we can and will provide anything not immediately visible upon request. Furthermore, if you are ever dissatisfied, you can always contact us for a full refund or replacement, depending on the nature of your complaint. Also our Kanna is the purest and most potent you may find and we have thoughtfully and carefully contracted labs in South Africa where this plant originates and has been used and studied for thousands of years to provide the most accurate analysis of our extract. The Tongkat Ali is very bitter and encapsulating such single ingredient products is in our pipeline and priorities, so we will look into this recommendation. Hello Alberto, Thank you for your honest feedback - we are always open to hearing the worst and best of what our customers have to say - so we know where we need to improve and what we are doing right! Please however contact us directly with any concerns, so we may address and resolve them most efficiently. We sincerely apologize for the delays with organizing your order and the documentation that we typically package all of our products with. But again, please understand as we explained before some of the items purchased were not in our usual inventory as listed items in our catalog. Therefore, we had to create new line items and documentation that was not readily available when the order was placed. We were also in a transition with our staff who handles listings and testing documents - due to a sudden tragic loss of our staff member who has now been replaced by a new hire. So this should not recur. Please note that if ordering items not listed in our catalog there may be some lead time in the future to prepare the units/line items and COA/SDS and other documents.
