Arrived is 4 days here in the Philippines (FAA). Works great with coffee/caffeine. My mind is so alive while my body is so relaxed while being tatally productive at wrok. I take 1 gram per intake with Booster C Genius energy drink (80 mg caffeine + taurine + ginseng + inositol + L-theanine + bacopa monneiri + B vitamins compacted in a 60 ml drink) early in the morning with an empty stomach. Effect kicks in after 4-5 hours. Optimal effect is when after I take 2nd caffeine intake (coffee) in the afternoon. Effect last up to 18 hours for me. I only use Phenibut twice a week.
