First off I just want to say Thank You Liftmode.com cuz was Pleasantly surprised at how fast it came, I took a single dose and for me it was quite nice and I was very relaxed and had a nice sense of well-being. Following day took more and I remember feeling too relaxed to the point of just wanting to sleep, that was with 3 spoon doses, with 2 I felt it was the perfect balance to where I felt no anciety or depression. I did stop taking any doses and was lethargic and had a headache the whole day, so do be mindful if you have an addictive personality like I do, the product does great for an every other day occurance and at my body weight of 180 2 spoon fulls were ideal for the intended purposes. Products came in perfect condition and on time. Products themselves worked very well, as expected (I ordered the phenibut HCL and PEA).
