I ordered Magnolia bark extract, Baicalin powder, Oldimide powder, phenitbut HCL use only use twice a week... Rhodiola Rosea powder is better than any pharmaceutical drug for depression ive triedl. Hordenine HCL was too stimulating. I was weaning off benzodiazepines. And this concoction practically stopped the withdrawals from benzos in one day except for the Hordenine.. Its been a week and I'm like a different person. I'm more calm, focused, anxiety free, stopped the shakes, and im getting sleep. Insomnia is gone. I wake up in the morning and take two scoops of Rhodiola Rosea with water.. Because it's water soluable. Bitter taste, but depression is gone completely. I take another two scoops 7 hours later. But in the mornings 30 minutes after I take the Rhodiola, I then take the anti-anxiety powders. 2 scoops of Magnolia bark extract up to 3 times a day, 2 scoops of Baicalin up to three times a day, and 8 scoops of Oleamide up to 3 times a day and mix it with 2 tbs of Propylene Glycol premium grade because they are fat soluable. I stir them all together in a coffee cup and 10 seconds in microwave..no more than that. It bubbles fast.. I stir it around until practically dissolved. Let it cool a bit and chug it down. Bitter taste. Sometimes 4oz of milk afterward. I wait 30 more minutes. Then I eat a nutritious breakfast. I now know this is no placebo effect. Don't listen to Wikapedia about not enough clinical trials. I was a using benzodiazepines. We are talking about 14mg of Klonpin a day.. Yes I weaned down to 4 a day before trying these herbs. I'm now out of the bed. Working out.. Doing yoga. And my memory is better than any nootropic I tried. The phenitbut is used every 3 days.. Just 2 scoops for now.. All of them are good for memory, mood, relaxation and so much more.. I see why vitamin shops don't sell these.. But real talk.. These work.. It was just the stimulating Hordenine that I tried once and made me too hyper and anxious, but everyone's chemistry is different. I did my research.
