I use phenibut as prescribed on the label. It works well. I work a stressful job mostly seven days a week and it really helps me concentrate. Also improves my mood. Only drawback is it does wear off and if taken more than prescribed it is addictive.

Its exactly what it says it is comes with analysis certificate. I would caution against large doses of it but as an every now and then supplement it could help some people out.
