Hi Mr. MYH, I am very sorry about the long shipping time you have experienced. I've checked on your shipment, and it was sent on April 14th and scanned in on its way out of the US to South Africa. USPS 1st Class International is the most affordable international shipping option, but unfortunately tracking is spotty and delivery times are long and hard to predict. Sometimes USPS 1st Class International shipments can take many weeks; other times as little as 5 days. This varies a lot depending on the country to which the package is destined. 1 month is not outside of the range of possible delivery times for 1st Class Mail to South Africa, although it is certainly on the slow side. Very often, international shipping delays are caused by the destination country's customs agency. We strongly recommend checking with http://www.postoffice.co.za/ customer service, in case your item is stuck in customs awaiting payment of duty. It does not look like you got in touch with us about your order directly. Hi, I am so sorry to hear of your poor experience with our product! We're dedicated to helping our customers find supplements that are helpful - and it definitely sounds like this item wasn't right for you. We've refunded your order in full! Here are a few ideas that might help the product work better - The HCL crystal form is very acidic, so it can be harsh if consumed directly as a powder. You would probably have a much better experience if you stir and dissolve in water or juice (orange juice works great). We offer the free amino acid (FAA) form which is much better for consuming directly as a powder. Another alternative is making capsules at home - it's inexpensive and easy to make a few dozen, using empty capsules which can be bought online or at health food stores (actually, we'll start offering empty capsules and encapsulation machines soon). Also, 1 scoop (500mg) is a good starting point, but depending on your body weight and individual metabolism, some folks get better results with up to 2 - 4 scoops (1 gram to 2 grams). Normally, FREE 1st Class USPS shipping is available on every LiftMode order, large or small (within the USA).
