Hello Lana, I want to acknowledge what you said is true. You placed your order on the 8th, when we changed over to using a new shipping system. This caused a delay. When we noticed that your order didn't migrate to the system, we upgraded your shipping to UPS next day air. However, this is on the 13th. Hello Josh, Our Phenibut HCl and our Phenibut F.A.A. are both racemic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racemic_mixture) and have at least 99.5+% pure (in fact, recent batches have been testing at higher than 99.8% purity). The remaining 0.2% or so consists of traces of impurities formed in the manufacturing process, which are inactive and non-hazardous. The purity of the products that we offer is verified by the COA provided to us by the manufacturer. Also, we independently test each product within the U.S. to ensure the manufacturers COA is accurate. We like to make sure that all the products we offer are double verified, to make sure our customers receive the best quality products. remember: abusing phenibut can lessen the effects . People may not think of these consequences because their cognitive performance seems to be improving. Take a break from taking the product and start up again.
