We apologize for the inconvenience of running out of the free products we'd set aside for the Free product giveaway promotion - to be honest we completely underestimated how strong the response would be. We regret that we were not ableto accurately predict the number of people who would respond to our email - we had set aside several hundred products to give away based our budget, available stock of products we'd prepared in advance, and the usual percentage of people who take time to open our newsletter emails to check them out. Regrettably, we are not a multi-billion dollar company (though we wish we had those kind of resources!) So although we would love to if we could, so many people signed up to receive their free product and demand ran way past what we had set aside for it.
