Thanks for taking the time to write us a review! We are very sorry that your package took longer than normal to reach you. For some time now, we have been experiencing delivery delays and missing tracking with USPS, particularly with First Class shipping. Although the USPS states that their First Class shipping method can be a 1-4 day delivery time, we have found in many cases it may take longer. In order to prevent confusion and disappointment caused by longer than expected shipping times for USPS First Class and Priority Mail shipping, we have notified our Post Master in the Chicago Area and have filed a complaint on behalf of all of our customers at LiftMode. We're working to secure better service levels at our main USPS Post Office. As a good alternative to USPS First Class, we also offer FREE UPS Ground shipping for orders over $35, and this option comes with great tracking and dependable shipping times. Although USPS shipping can sometimes take a while, we really appreciate your other kind comments!

If you would like to email us about your last order you placed, we are always glad to help out at [email protected] We offer two types of 2 Day shipping options on our site. The first is UPS 2nd Day Air - a date-certain guaranteed shipping service provided by the UPS. This is a Monday thru Friday shipping service, excluding weekends, and is guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days. The second is USPS Priority Mail shipping service. This is NOT a guaranteed shipping service, which means that the shipping time is estimated by the USPS. Although this shipping service is quoted as a 2 Day service, this is the best case estimate provided by the USPS, unfortunately the service is not guaranteed by the USPS office. This shipping service includes the notation "*Estimated" next to it to inform our customers that it may take a bit longer than 2 Days for the package to be delivered. In the event that your order was placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping (our guaranteed 2-day shipping option), we will be sure to refund your shipping costs right away.
