Fairly immediately it becomes obvious that this is a marvelous product. I am still in the period where I am trying to figure out proper dosage. Some of the dosing information seems to be contradictory, but I will figure it out. It is worth the effort!!!

Lift mode Is tha bomb!! Reliable. Last order I placed with the cheapest delivery option. Placed order about 9:00am on Monday. Received order 2 days later on Wednesday at 2:00pm on USPS Mail. Usually I order enough to get the free delivery option. Not this time but I can tell you it is the same fast service. I always get an email a few hours after I place the order to let me know the order is filled and out for shipment. Always get a tracking number so I know exactly when to expect it. Effective. Liftmode has good basic information about what they sell and they give lab analysis results from a third party so you know exactly what you are paying for AND what you are putting in your body. I always do some homework so I know what I want. I find out other people’s experience about what I am thinking about getting and usual dose ranges. You can read about trials done on pubmed or examine.com. I always get the powder that way you’re not stuck with what is in the capsule. Most companies put “fillers” in their products. A lot of ingredients usually under dosed so not really effective unless you take the higher dose range. Most people recognize ingredients on the label but are unaware of the actual effective dose. A lot of the ingredients will be way under dosed or not effective but because there are a lot if ingredients it looks good. If the label says take 1-2 capsules daily usually 1 capsule won’t be effective because of the main effective ingredients will be under dosed and 2 Capsules will be a little more then you actually need. I don’t believe that is by accident. With the powder you can measure out the lower range dose and over time gradually increase the dosage in increments to get just the right dose for YOU. the powder is the most cost effective way to buy. You get way way way more product by weight then you can buy in a capsule. Pick something you want to buy. See how much the bottle of capsules cost. Multiple how many milligrams/grams are in each capsule ( A specific ingredient) x by how many capsules are in the bottle. Then get the same thing in powder form and compare how much more by weight you will get for the same amount of money. And because of the third part lab tests you can be confident about what you are getting. You will be pleasantly surprise by how much more powder you can get. Get a scale that measures milligrams or you will be guessing at best and probably wasting it. I have been weight lifting since I was 13 years old. I am now 54 years old. I have been ordering from liftmode for several years and am always pleased with the dependability of service and reliability of products not to mention the money I save... oops I just did. 😊Just reorder a few days before you run out and all will be well. When people get mad about something it can motivate them to go out of their way to complain and let people know. This is the opposite of that.
