They created a shipping label but never dropped the package off at the post office. When I asked customer service about the issue they said I received the wrong tracking number, when clearly they simply hadn’t sent the product yet. It’s been 10 days now and they finally dropped off the package corresponding to the shipping label they created. Edit: They seemed to have promptly post another order to me and the product is quality

Hello Brent, Thank you for your feedback but it is not completely correct. We did not say your package was never dropped off - whenever there is no update on the tracking, we cannot determine if it was a misprinted label or misplaced package, so we immediately reshipped your order. If you have any further concerns, please contact us directly so we can be sure to take better care of you since you are apparently still dissatisfied. We look forward to hearing back from you again soon and to serving you better in the future. Kind regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team

Hi, I have been LIFTMODE customer since 2017 and am interested mainly in supplements to treat chronic insomnia. Some products (like Phenibut), work better for me, some (like Sleep Caps) - worse. However, the company deserves five stars for fast delivery, reasonable prices and good customer service. Thank you LIFTMODE. Simon B., Los Angeles, CA.

I ordered the Kava Extract from LiftMode, and I was not disappointed. Compared to other Kava extracts I’ve tried this one was very potent, and provided all the effects I love about Kava such as relaxation, and anxiety relief. Their Kava extract is somewhat pricey but after trying it out I can confidently say it’s worth it, if your looking for a genuine Kava extract and not those other water down versions online that are cheaper but let’s be honest are just plain garbage.
