This was my first time dealing with LiftMode. Honestly, I've no idea how shopping experience can be improved - it's perfect. Unfortunately for me, I wasn't home on the day of delivery and the package was sent back. Customer Support notified me immediately via email. Their responses to my questions and concerns where almost instantaneous. They worked with me to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. If I ever need a product they have in store, I am coming back to LiftMode.
