Hello Jeremy, Shipping in December is always difficult. We would very much prefer that your dollars stay in your pocket instead of the post office or UPS. Also, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for every shipping method except next day air. USPS is still the most economic shipment method, but I agree that their tracking is unreliable and the shipping times can be unexpectedly long. We can commiserate with you, but I don't have a solution. Your issue with not being able to connect to our website with WiFi is very strange. Our website does not block any specific IP addresses, their might be some setting with the router that is blocking our website. I'm sorry that I cannot help with solving that issue.
