This is the first order I placed with LiftMode. The process was as advertised. An additional gift item was offered with the purchase that I was not aware of at time of order. In the product shipment was a small card advising of the gift which was not in the package. I made a phone call and the gift was shipped to me overnight with an apology. Impressive!
