Paid for 3 day shipping, took 4 for my product to arrive. Not the first time it's happened. Otherwise, extremely satisfied with liftmode and it's product!

I would love it if you guys would allow us to purchase Phenibut capsules again instead of forcing the powder on us. The powder tastes nasty and you have to fill your own capsules if you prefer that method of ingestion. Also it seems the answers that i get pertaining to the pending availability of the capsules, keeps changing. The last thing I was told was that you guys were waiting on a decision about how the new labels were going to be designed? Just use the old labels until yall figure it out, seems logical to me. Filling your own capsules makes for inconsistent dosing. Please bring back the capsules!

I love your products and c ustomer service however my latest order of baicalin was already 6 months into the 2 year expiration date. That could be a problem since I bought to make sure I didnt run out of the jar I'm still using. I would expect to get a jar that has a ful 2 years on it. I called and spoke to someone who said if in 1 1/2 years I still have some left to call. What if you're out of business. I just have a problem with this and I was told all your current baicalin was packaged 8/2017. Not very good for a customer who may not use it all the time.

Great experience, just a little trouble with the tracking. I would recommend liftmode - especially their Phenibut F.AA., I got the sample pack and I was very pleased so I just ordered 40 g. Quality product.

Good ok it was just good

We found nice designs, but the language used to explain directions was a bit confusing. We asked for a proof, which we saw online. It was confusing though because we only saw a way to look at the front of the invitation. We ended up clicking on the next button thinking it would take us to the next part of the invitation, but instead the button finalized it. No big deal for us, but others might be pretty upset about that. The actual designing of our wedding invitations on the site was a bit clunky too. The website was slow to react (it could have been the my internet) when you made changes. The areas to type in were tiny! All in all it experience was pretty good. Hopefully the website gets a makeover, but it worked for our purposes.

My only complaint is the inconstant density of the powder. One order will be fluffy, the other, like salt.
