Hi, Good news! Your order is still on the way to you. You ordered about 5 business days ago, and your USPS 1st Class shipment is due to be delivered soon. We offer FREE USPS 1st Class shipping on all orders. As an economy shipping service, USPS 1st Class is normally delivered in 2 - 8 business days, and unfortunately doesn't come with delivery time-frame guarantees or reliable tracking. However it can be a great value if the shipment is not super valuable or time sensitive. We are always willing to refund shipping costs if a shipment is delayed, or refund / replace entire orders if a shipment seems lost. Since we offer USPS 1st Class shipping for free on all orders, a shipping refund is not possible for your order. Luckily, we were able to verify with USPS that your order is still on the way and will be delivered within a couple days. Since you'll receive your order soon, we turned down your PayPal claim. PayPal disputes are not a good way to get shipping help; instead, please feel welcome to reach out directly to us anytime, by phone or online - we are always glad to help when we get an email or call! Hi, I am so sorry to hear of your poor experience with our product, and I was able to put through a full refund for you! We try to ensure that all our supplements reach you in good condition. Some of our supplement ingredients are naturally prone to clumping. However, a container that appears as though moisture is present is not OK. We actually include a high end, non-toxic desiccant packet in all of our supplements to ensure that humidity is low and our supplements are fresh. Our 90 day unconditional refund / replacement policy is truly available to anyone who gets in touch with us. We're genuinely dedicated to helping our customers find supplements that are beneficial for them individually.
