The tracking states that it was left at the front door, so it may be near by or someone else in your household may have picked it up or a neighbor. Please check around before we reship to make sure this package is not simply in a location nearby where you have not yet seen it. This happens often and customers locate packages that may have been left in an unusual place or picked up by a neighbor for safe keeping. We have contacted you via email, to confirm your address, so once you have done this, we will be sure to re-ship your package to you right away. Our records indicate that your package was delivered. We will be sure to reship your package; however, we must first confirm your shipping address, as previously listed on your invoice, to prevent another failed delivery attempt. Please send us your full shipping address to confirm your address is correct Once you have confirmed your shipping address, please let us know, and we will be sure to re-ship your package.
