Unfortunately, Mail Innovations is an inexpensive but hybrid shipping method, where UPS delivers to your local Post Office who make the final delivery. Unfortunately, we have had to raise our Phenibut prices lately due both to increased manufacturer costs as well as increased import tariffs. We are unable to lower our prices and still provide the quality we do.
