Hello Larry, Thank you for your honest review and positive feedback. We do understand that our Fraud Protection can be frustrating if your account is not properly formatted. Our system is definitely more strict than many others. The key is just to please make sure your Billing Address in our system matches the Billing Address your bank or credit agency have on file for your credit/debit card. As long as these addresses match your card will work just fine. Otherwise, our system will not allow the transaction to go through. The USPS First Class Mail shipping service is not a guaranteed delivery time shipping service. USPS First Class Mail, is an approximately 5 - 15 day economy ground shipping service. Compared to UPS 2nd Day Air which is Free for any order over $35 and guaranteed delivery within two business days. Your tracking has updated and it is in transit to you. We regret you having a less than great experience with us and we are always willing to go above and beyond to make things right for our customers! First of all, we would never overcharge you. We were unable to address this issue properly as the details provided at the time you contacted us were not clear. However, from my recall of our Chat, it seems that you were seeing the difference in Canadian vs US. currency and that may be the root of any discrepancy with your bank statement and order totals. However, we are unable and certainly would never charge a customer more than what is visible during checkout. Please contact us back again, so we can sort this out. Regarding your delayed shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the movements of packages once handed over to our carriers. We can only reship or refund, or try contacting the carrier to help make sure your packages are delivered in a timely manner. International shipments are always subject to potential delays. The method you selected is the least expensive international shipping option we offer and it is a hybrid between UPS and your local post office. There is no secondary tracking number generated once transferred. Customers can only wait for delivery without any detailed tracking updates. Therefore, our policy as explained when you contact us, is to reship if it is not delivered within 8 business days of being transferred to the local carrier for final delivery. When we heard from you it had only been two days. We still stand by our policy to reship your order if it is not delivered within the next 3 business days. We too were a bit gutted about some of the price changes we had to make on a few of our products. we had to raise our Phenibut prices for example by about 15% in order to offset the 25% trade tariffs enacted last year. We do our best to keep our prices as affordable as possible. However, we are currently unable to lower them without lowering the quality of our products. We hope that our customers will understand why we remain committed to ensuring that we can provide a high-quality product. As these tariffs have impacted all suppliers equally, we are working to keep our price increase as small as possible to maintain our competitive prices.
