Unfortunately, this is not entirely uncommon with USPS and is why we post a disclaimer that all USPS shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed (especially with the difficulties they have been having lately!). This is also why we recommend UPS for all time-sensitive shipments. Furthermore, for orders over $35 we provide UPS 2nd-day Air free of charge.
