Have placed several orders with LiftMode. Not one complaint. This team knows customer service! I don't generally review my shopping experiences, unless it's warranted. Orders are fulfilled accurately, and quickly delivered.The web site is very informative about the products they sell. Pretty much the way I like to do business. I'm a tough sell on five star ratings, but a few more orders just may get you there!! Thank You.

Very good product lab tested ,fast shipping! even with the mail being backed up. Wish the product was ground a little finer but, the effects are pretty amazing!

While shipping is free, through UPS, for some reason the shipping page lists other options as well. The shipping page has 2 free options, which are separated by two paid options followed by a couple of other paid options. If you are not careful when trying to switch between ups ground (free) to ups air (free), it is easy to accidentally chose USPS (not free). The free options should be located next to each other. Customer service Leo is a smart ass who is extremely condescending for no good reason, as he wasn’t aware of how the website works (and he has a bad job and does it poorly). Otherwise, 5 stars

I do know that the best FREE option is at the very top and is the first Shipping selection customers see and can make. Still waiting on my order to arrive so I can't give a complete review. At this point I can say the order processing and shipping is extremely slow. Not impressed. I've used some of the products in the past and they seem to be of good quality and work relatively well for me. The small twist top containers are a little difficult to work with and dropping or spilling them is something that is entirely possible if you're not really careful.
