Two orders from this company. First one via Amazon,.. Magnolia Bark, great to calm nerves for sleep or stress reduction. Product claims to help lower cortisol levels thereby promoting weight loss. Not sure about the claims on cortisol as I don't keep it in my system all the time. However, for sleep and relaxation it's awesome! I ordered the product Matrine but still unsure if the product is beneficial

I received my order in a timely fashion, I was able to track order entire time. I received exactly what I ordered on the day it said it would be delivered and I am pleased. The only thing I wish that could be better for this particular product was better guidance/clearer instructions on dosage recommendations. What I mean is, Some sort of way to tell per body weight or something of that nature what dose I should take, it is sort of a guessing game as of right now trying to figure out a dosage that will yield desired effects.

Products are hit or miss. Most don't do anything. Phenibut is about the only one over the years that I feel have made a difference but can only be used like once a week to achieve the wanted effect. Would be good to get better suggestions based on product purchases.
