I made an order for a sample of on of their products for $4.88. I received the product but when I got my credit card bill I was charged twice. I called Liftmode to try and correct this and I got a disbelieving, difficult man who just kept saying "you were only charged once". I had to file a claim with my credit card carrier to get this fixed. After all that trouble when I called back again to explain that my credit card company has in fact been charged twice. The same man only offered me an 8% discount on a future order. It was only for $4.88 and I even said to just send another sample and they would not even do that. Great product, terrible customer service. I will not purchase again.

Decent product, but
I received 20 grams of hordenine hcl in the mail with a sheet of paper with loads of information on the chemical. The paper mentioned that the shelf life of this product was two years and the batch was made on December 04, 2013. That would mean the product expires less than a month after I received it which is unacceptable due to the fact I could not safely consume all 20 grams of the chemical in less than a month.

Great product, shipping takes way too long.
Loved the product, very high quality, but other sites offer competitive prices with much, much faster free shipping and provide tracking numbers. Not sure if I'll purchase from LiftMode again considering the ridiculous amount of time it took to get to my house.

Not a good first impression
I ordered 2 sample yohimbine HCL, only one came in the package. I called the company and the line was answered by an answering service. I was eventually connected to someone at the company and I was assured my order would be corrected immediately. It has been over 1 week since I talked to someone at the company and I have not received my corrected order and I have not been contacted by email to let me know it has been sent. I am still waiting and I hope it comes. I hope that orders will be double checked to ensure customers do not have to follow up on orders.

The customer service isn't good
They don't give you coupons for reviews like they promise. They violate the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act by not providing reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals to get the same coupons as non-disabled individuals. They really don't care.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review for us on Trust Pilot.
We noticed that you messaged us with your concerns about 15 minutes before our store opened today at 8am Central Time. We apologize for not being able to get back to your concerns for a couple of hours as we had an increased email volume from being closed over the weekend.
To answer your question, we do not, and will never discriminate against anyone who is partially or fully disabled.
The signature requirement is not in place to discriminate against customers with disabilities.
The reason why we require signature for packages over $100 is for your safety. The signature requirement prevents theft as well as to insure the package is delivered to the right member of the house hold.
We do in fact offer delivery without signature for all orders amounts, however we do request our customers to first notify us after their order is placed with their request.
In the event that you would like your package to be delivered without a signature, all that we ask is that you send us an email after you have placed your order. Once we receive your email we will be sure to remove the signature requirement for your package.
With regards to the discount code that you tried to apply, this code has a total use of three times for each "Like" or "Follow" made to each one of our social networks on: www.facebook.com/liftmode
www.twitter.com/liftmode & Google+
I have counted on your account that you have used the social network discount three times already, and the discount can no longer be applied to future orders.
*We can however share with you a new coupon if you are interested in providing us with your honest feedback about our products. If you are interested in this, please contact us back at liftmode(at)liftmode(dot)com and we will share the promotion guidelines with you. This promotion will help you save $20 on the next order you place with us.*
Furthermore, we would like to let you know that you can contact us directly at any time to meet your customer needs. Our current email response time is less than four hours 24 hours a day Monday-Friday, not including public holidays.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know and we will be sure to get back to you right away!

customer service and web access horrible
Last few months liftmodes previous spot-on customer service and web site access have gone bad. First they cancelled my order wrongly, then did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls I made to them. I took a few months off, and now I find it just as awful. I can no longer access the website from my Chrome browser computer. An item was missing from my last order and I got no response from my first days of contacting them concerning it. They now waste my time at every turn in that not only are there continuing problems, but unless I spend time every day over multiple days to beg liftmodes response to their own mistakes, apparently liftmode does not give a care and will not fix their own errors unless I invest mounting time asking them to respond to what are always their own screw-ups!

Hi Rob, I am so sorry to hear of your terrible experience with us!
We do really care about our customers, and pride ourselves on making each purchase a positive one... so your disappointment with us is painful to read about.
We're committed to treating our customers with respect, providing our customers with the best products, and offering the most responsive and helpful customer service we can.
I know we are in touch with you about the missing unit from your prior order (which we're quite sorry for!), and we have been helping you by email. I also was glad to see that you have already placed an additional order with us since the order you reviewed here, so it seems you haven't given up on us yet :-)
Checking back for our previous email and phone calls with you, I couldn't find the multiple emails or phone calls you mentioned, about a mistakenly cancelled order a few months back, or extra emails about your recent order's missing unit? I do see we got back to you quickly on the recent email I was able to locate about the missing unit, and was pleased to note that we got a new unit sent out to you already. I also double checked, and confirmed that our liftmode.com website should load without trouble in Google Chrome or any major browser.
I wonder if possibly some technical issues are contributing to the frustration when trying to access our website or contact us? Our customer service phone number is +1(855) 228-9993, and we get back quickly to emails if sent to our customer service email address, [email protected]. In case you were calling a different number or emailing a different inbox, please know that we might not have been able to see or respond to your requests - if this was the case, we regret the frustration this caused; in the future please get in touch at the email / phone # above.
However, if you were indeed calling or emailing the right place, and we somehow missed them (or were calling / emailing from a different # or email address), please accept our deep apologies! Rest assured, your satisfaction truly does matters to us and we will do our absolute best to clear up any unresolved issue from your past orders as soon as possible.

Customer Service BAD!! Product Great.
Ordered from lift mode many times going way back thru the Amazon days. This is the 1st time I delivered using first class mail. I received a Norton guarantee for the product and delivery and I also received a tracking number. 8 days later the USPS website showed it was out for delivery to destination in Columbia, SC, but I live in Oregon. When I emailed lift mode, they just responded with "sorry, you used basic delivery and it can take up to 15 days", pretty much they said I should use the paid tracking methods or don't bother us. USPS finally emailed me back, saying "the mail was missorted and mislabeled in Chicago" then told me where it was and that it would be expedited to me by the next day. It wasn't Lift Modes fault, but they didn't take 2 seconds to even try to help even tho I gave them the tracking number. I really expected more from them. Up until now, I would have gave them 5 out of 5.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for letting us know about your experience. We take to heart your clear message that we didn't help you with your shipping delay and tracking question the way you were hoping and expecting from us.
One of our challenges with USPS (Postal Service) shipments, is our experience of how rare it is that we are to get help from the Post Office in tracking down or re-routing lost or misrouted shipments. This is especially true for their 1st Class shipping service.
Many hours and heaps of effort have been devoted to working with USPS customer support, but the number of problems solved compared to the time and effort consumed has been meager. We truly care about helping with ALL shipments and ALL orders.
For example, with our FREE UPS Ground shipping (which costs $11+ for us to provide), we are freed up to do a great deal to help out with delayed or misrouted shipments, because UPS has well functioning tracking, tracing, and customer service capabilities.
With our USPS 1st Class shipments, the limitations you felt are not coming from a lack of our desire to help, or lack of valuing your order and support, but mostly from the inherently untracked, economy nature of 1st Class shipping, and the limited capability of the Postal Service to provide timely or useful customer support to ordinary small business shippers like us (even for Priority Mail shipments).
But, no excuses - we will try to improve how we help with delays and tracking problems for USPS 1st Class Mail. Rather than explaining the limits of USPS shipping and tracking, we'll do our best to inquire with USPS on our customers behalf, and hope that we are eventually able to provide helpful news when we hear back.

Good product, frustrating delivery
I've ordered from Liftmode's website twice and both times the shipping address has been messed up. Their website creates duplicate street addresses. When the pop-up menu asks if you want to choose your "verified address" or leave it as entered, for god's sakes leave it as entered. Otherwise you'll have your shipping address duplicated and have terrible experiences with delivery like I've had. If you enter your address as 1234 Copper Dr, a pop-up menu will ask if you want to use the verified address of 1234 COPPER DR. If you choose to use the verified address your order will go through and you'll have your product shipped using the street address of:
1234 Copper Dr
1234 COPPER DR
I DON'T WANT TO USE BOTH. I WANT ONE STREET ADDRESS OR THE OTHER. Lol I thought it was a fluke the first time I ordered through them. It was delivered to my hometown but got sent to the wrong address. I knew it was delivered to the wrong address because I was tracking the delivery and it said that it was already dropped off. I called the post office and told them about my shipment and they were actually able to get ahold of the mailman (who was still out on deliveries) to take it back to my house. That was the story behind my first order.
Don't get me wrong phenibut is a great product, I've just had shipping issues with Liftmode's website. I thought the duplicate shipping address was a fluke during my first order so I ordered through them again. Of course, the same thing happened when I checked my email notifying me that they had shipped to a duplicate address. I ordered my product using first class USPS shipping (they offer that for free) on April 24th and it was expected to be here May 1st. It's May 3rd now and tracking shows that the package is still in Iowa (I live in California). I have little doubt that the duplicated shipping address created by a fluke in Liftmode's website is to blame for that.

Hi Jacob,
Thanks for your feedback - I'm really sorry to hear about the delayed delivery caused by the bug in our address correction system!
We appreciate that you brought this to our attention. We will try to fix it right away. We've also refunded your most recent order due to the inconvenience.
