I have been a liftmode customer for years and have yet to have a negative experience. Product quality is superb, shipping is always on time and customer service is excellent. While the mobile user experience is not terrible there is definitely some room for improvement. Filtering through products is not as straightforward as it could be and the user interface is a bit clunky on the front end. Account management is much easier to use on mobile then the store front. It would be nice to have the ability to use past orders to simply place a new order. The current processes is a bit “frustrating” as you have to navigate back to the store front, find your product, and then fill out all of the same details. Obviously this isn’t a huge inconvenience but would be a nice wishlist item.
