We always want everyone in our Liftmode community to express themselves and their experiences they have with us, good or bad. If you felt that you did not receive an authentically pure product , or you felt like your needs where not met. Don't ever hesitate to reach out to one of our customer service team members. Hi Peter, We really appreciate you leaving this clear and honest review about your bad experience you had with the price points of our products and with the delayed shipping. First and Foremost we at Liftmode want to extend our deepest apologies for the difficulties you went through. (It sounds extremely frustrating!) We recently had to work out kinks with our website and our shipping service. Your honest review is something we do look at. It helps us asses what we are doing right, and what we are doing wrong. Don't ever hesitate to give us a call , or send us another Email. Our customer service team is here to truly help you in anyway that we can possibly help . We will do our very best to service you in the best way. Thank you for being such a longtime customer and a very positive member of our Liftmode community. We hope to continue having you in our community for years to come. Best wishes, Jason and the Liftmode Team

Hello Ian, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write a review for us on TrustPilot.com! It looks as if your package was shipped using the USPS First Class shipping service. USPS First Class shipping service is the most affordable option for shipping parcels, but unfortunately, in our experience, First Class is also the least predictable and least guaranteed domestic shipping service. Your customer feedback is highly valuable to us! It helps us determine what we are doing right, and what we could be doing to better meet our customer's expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know, and we will be sure to get back to you right away! Best regards, Jason and the LiftMode Hemp team
