Hello Nickalas, Thank you for your honest feedback! You always have up to 90-days to return any unit / purchase you are dissatisfied with, for a full refund. Our Phenibut HCl and our Phenibut F.A.A. are both racemic (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racemic_mixture) and have at least 99.5+% pure (in fact, recent batches have been testing at higher than 99.8% purity). The remaining 0.2% or so consists of traces of impurities formed in the manufacturing process, which are inactive and non-hazardous. The purity of the products that we offer is verified by the COA provided to us by the manufacturer. Also, we independently test each product within the U.S. to ensure the manufacturers COA is accurate. We like to make sure that all the products we offer are double verified, to make sure our customers receive the best quality products. The U.S. lab that we use specializes in testing dietary supplement ingredients. They test for identity, purity, and lack of harmful contaminants such as heavy metals and bacteria. They also check for the isomeric purity. We hope that this is reassurance of our purity and potency. Phenibut can also lose potency/efficacy if taken in larger servings than recommended or more frequently than recommended. We suggest no more than 2g in one day and no more than 6g in a two week period. Also, please make sure you are taking a 2-3 day break in between servings.
