Regretfully, we have had to raise our prices because the manufacturers have increased their prices due to rising production costs. In addition, new trade tariffs have also impacted the price of our products. We are trying our best to lower our prices, however, we are currently unable to do so without lowering the quality of our products. Please contact us directly to process your return, so we can refund your purchase in full, if it is not working out for you. We do this because not all supplements will work with each person's body. Hello Trent, The clumping that you see may have been caused by exposure to humidity or extreme temperatures during transit. We try to prevent this by including a high-quality humidity prevention packet within the container. Can you please confirm to us whether this type of packet was included in your jar? Please note: The desiccant packet can be on the bottom of the jar and may not be visible unless the content is shifted or emptied. Please send us the numbers on the bottom of the items in question, as well as a snapshot of the affected product. We will need these numbers and photo to log your claim in our QC database. After you have sent us the numbers, please hold onto the product, as we may need it back to for further testing. Jerry and the LiftMode team

Hello Senor Sexy, Thank you for your honest feedback! We are happy to hear from you and eager to serve you better. The limits on sizes and inventory reduction was due to our supplier suddenly shutting down and our effort was maintain inventory until we can identify new sources of raw material. This has been underway and we should have all sizes and full inventory available by the end of February. You may also see some price reduction. However, for larger size units 500g - 1000g sizes you will need to have an approved wholesale application on file to verify the need for such large amounts of Phenibut. Hello Jon, Thank you for your support and honest review. It appears that you selected First Class Mail Shipping, which is very unpredictable unfortunately. Without reliable tracking and a 5-15 business day estimate/as posted on this shipping method, it can definitely take longer than expected sometimes. Since it appears that the USPS has not yet delivered your package with tracking number: 9400111699000250753701 USPS First Class Mail Regrettably, this does happen from time to time with USPS. It's important to keep in mind that USPS Priority and USPS First Class shipping methods provide Estimated transit time service only (not guaranteed transit times). This means your package may take up to several business days longer to arrive than the typical shipping time Estimates quoted by the USPS! Although we shipped your package on time, it appears there was a delay with USPS. According to the tracking: December 22, 2018 In Transit to Next Facility Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. As a one-time courtesy, we can re-ship your package. In order to do this, we will first need you to agree to return the second package you receive.
