Item I ordered was sold out. It wasn't listed as sold out on the website and I only found out bc I emailed regarding the order. Shipping was 1-2 days which was quick but they should update the site regularly so out of stock items can't be ordered. Otherwise my experience was pleasant. Update: even though there was a slight inconvenience I will still order again but thank u for the explanation

Works but have to have a little patience!
I now have about 4 days experience on this substance. I first started at the lowest dosage possible. That did not work so I waited about 2 hours and increased dosage. I tried the taking on empty stomach, mixing with coffee to melt crystals, etc still no results and at this point I was up to 3-4 scoops from provided measuring cup. What I found works despite warning is mixing with Alcohol. I found even when mixing with Alcohol I still felt no results. I did Find that taking on empty stomach, using a medium to high dose, melting crystals in coffee, and a little nap works nicely! It seems something about sleeping activates this substance. You will awaken to a nice blissful state!

Great people and great people products
This company does great things. I commonly purchase their sleep caps which really help me feel rested in the morning. On my last purchase, I ordered a few items including the sleep caps but was later emailed by customer service to let me know they were out of stock and would be issuing me a refund. Not only did they refund me, but offered a discount for my next order. Great service, and great products.

Very good communication surrounding orders / shipments. Inspires buyer confidence. Free shipping is obviously just out of reach with most orders of 1 item ($49.98, $0.02 out of reach). Inspires resentment.

Practically instant shipping
Practically instant shipping, not even 2 days to Aus. Not quite sure on this balance in these caps, seems to make it too much of a slow start and low burn compared to my usual stack. Hopefully next time I need to buy, barley extract will be back in stock so I can make my usual stack the way I like.

All was great as always
All was great as always, bought a 300g and 100 g of nootropics packages but unfortunately one of it arrived open. I'm Not going to take chances of ingesting it. Other than that no complaints as usually.
