Really bad communication. Placed my order and needed material for a project a week later. 2 days after placing order I called back because I did not receive a tracking number. Next day received tracking number. Looked up tracking number and it says UPS was making label, 3 days after order placed. Called back LES to see if I could cancel or return product as it appeared it would not arrive on time. NO returns on lifting straps? Really? No other shipping option than ground shipping. No help on customer support side. Too many other options to put up with this terrible support. Follow Up.... Will contacted me and explained they were looking at the issues and going to make improvements. I can appreciate this approach. I too have customers that have needs I can not meet. 2 things I do when that happens, communicate immediately, and try to improve the process. I am happy to say LES has communicated they will try to improve on these issues, and that is all I can ask for. Thank you for your support to address my issues. It is appreciated! Three stars for your attitude.

Hi Cliff, My name is Will, I am the gentleman you spoke with on the phone. As per our convocation we are really sorry about the delay in shipping your slings which you ordered 3 days ago from us. I did mention to you our returns policy which is shown on our website that states Lifting Slings are non-refundable as they are manufactured domestically to your order. (Please be sure to check this wherever you order your slings from as you may find their domestic slings are also made-to-order) You rightfully mentioned to me that you were expecting them to ship sooner and for that we are sorry (the slings are actually on their way) however I know you wanted to return them so I raised the complaint with our vendor who shipped these direct for us and they were willing to accept a one-time return, we have since cancelled the shipment with UPS and the slings will return to base. I have also contacted our IT team and requested that we offer Next day and 2nd day air shipping and was told we can expect this feature online very soon! We will now initiate a full refund to your credit card. I do hope you also received my personal apology email with 10% off coupon which I sent just before you left this review. I also hope that you can see we go the extra mile for every customer no matter the size of their order and that we will have no customer left unhappy. Please let me know if there is anything else Myself or the team can do for you moving forward, we’re only a call away 713-489-5355 -Will

A little different perspective from behind the curtains... As a distributor of my company’s material handling products, LES USA’s professionalism, product knowledge, and communication is top-notch. There are plenty of distributors out there just listing product on websites or in catalogs. However, LES USA takes tremendous pride in providing their customers with SOLUTIONS, not just products. They are product experts and have gone through our technical training courses, while boasting a rich history of material handling know-how. I see the dedication they put into serving their customers and am proud to partner with such a great company.

Will was amazing. I needed a pair of chain hoists in a hurry and he definitely delivered. And was price competitive on top of it. He even had them van delivered because there was a storm coming and didn't want us to get jammed up.
