hats were not as good quality as…
hats were not as good quality as expected. feel flimsy and the seems were crooked. disappointed in this purchase. not as shown on models on website.

Major quality issue in a Chinese made hat…
Major quality issue that should have been caught prior to shipment. The main seam on the hat is off and creates an off-centered look when attempting to wear it. This hat can now only be worn as a "yard hat" — and it's a quite expensive Chinese product to be relegated to only that use.

Less than quality advertised
The tightening strap in the back is hard to maintain the wanted fit. The hat is of a cheaper material than shown in the advertisement and the style is NOT ball cap design. It fits too low. Not what I was expecting from the description in quality and shape. The first I ordered went to an address that was wrong ( I still haven’t seen the hat). Had I received the hat I wouldn’t have ordered the second at all!

Read the return policy before you buy
Of course, this is something you should do with every online company before you buy but I didn't do it here. My total bill for four caps was $111. I returned all four because I wasn't satisfied with the quality and my refund amounted to $84.

I expected better quality and size.
I expected both better quality of the product and a better size. Felt like a cheap cap. Would not recommend.

Look around for the same caps for a fraction of the price
Wow - found the exact same caps on Amazon for a fraction of the price! I really regret I just didn't buy them from Amazon in the first place. You can probably also just find them elsewhere. However, the caps are nice though

I need XL hat for my big head and…
I need XL hat for my big head and adjusted all the out it was still to small and the quality is poor because trying to stretch it over my head the strap broke loose from the hat
