Experience-wise: Great. Web site is easy to use and I love any store that uses shop or Apple Pay. Makes my life easier. What I’m not in love with is the hat itself.Or hats because I bought 2. I bought my first hat from you about a year ago. Burnt orange. I like the shape of it. Round all over like an upside down bowl. Liked it so much I asked for a blue one for Christmas 2023. It wasn’t shaped exactly the same. It started heading more towards the trucker hat shape where it’s taller on the forehead and just almost a little squared off. Threw it in the back of my closet. Still loved the orange one. Continued to wear it. Forgot about the blue one. Bought both a black one and a white one. They’re worse than the blue one. I really don’t like them. I just want that rounded shape.

Hat is warm and well constructed. It’s a little uncomfortable around the head band. Not sure yet why? Maybe by wearing it, the band will relax.

Great hats, but not all lines have the XL size which fits me perfectly. But hey, you get that sorted and I'll add that extra star! Amazing apart from that :)

Was shipped wrong size hat. They shipped me the right size at no additional charge, told me to keep the 1st hat. I really like the hat. Earlier I had written a negative review stating I had been charged for both shipments but I was wrong. Attempted to delete originall review but was unsuccessful

Order and was charged 12 days ago for two caps. I have heard nothing. Tried to contact both by phone and email and get no response. Terrible Customer Service. Update: Was contacted received hats. Great quality.

In those cases, we offer free reshipments to ensure timely delivery. Our team responded to your email inquiries within 24 hours of receiving them. Please note that we address customer inquiries between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We kindly ask customers to allow up to 24 hours for a response, though most inquiries are answered within 12 hours.

I wish your black cap was actually black. It's more grey or light charcoal. Great cap, just not black.

Fabric for this hat is way too thin. I also prefer a fitted cat, but that is not their fault. But for a lot less money, I could’ve bought a flex fit hat that was fitted and much heavier material.
