Restocking fees for product exchange
The hat quality is good and price with fright charges, is above average, no argument on this. I ordered the XL hat and when delivered, I immediately tried the hat on and felt like it was to large. So I contacted “Lift Down” for exchange for a normal size “large” (via email). I was expecting, I would need to cover the fright charges but did not expect a restocking fee! After paying $29 for the hat and shipping charges along with a restocking fee, I decided to keep the XL hat, I ordered and never mind asking for an exchange, due to the cost of the exchange fees. I would end up with a hat closer too the $50 range, when all said and done.
